Don't Contest for Second Term-Cleric to President

Image
President Ahmed Tinubu has been advised not to run for a second term in office in 2027 as Nigeria President. The President and Founder of Clear Revelation Ministry, Apostle Jeremiah Oluwarotimi Adeyeye gave this advice on Wednesday during a Press Conference at the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ) Oyo state council, Ibadan, Nigeria. ''1) God's message to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and also some advice to him, God a showed me that he did not finish in office, if he is lucky to finish this tenure as God revealed, he should not clamor to contest for a second term because God's word always stands. He should go back home to atone for all what he has done and seek the face of the almighty God, but if he insists on going for a second term, after luckily finishing this term, that means that what he luckily escaped in his first term in office will surely happen during the second term. God's word always stands.'' Apostle Adeyeye stated.  Similarly, the man of God al...

Sponsorship of Pilgrims a wrong Priority of Government-Comrade Emelieze

Image
The continued sponsorship of supporters, well-wishers, cronies and loyalists of political office holders to the holy land to the holy land in the face of hunger and sufferings in Nigeria is insensitive and inhuman. This assertion was made by a former chairman of the Oyo state council of the Trade Union Congress(TUC) Comrade Andrew Emelieze. ''The political leaders at the local, state and Federal levels of government have continued to sponsor their supporters, well-wishers, admirers, cronies and loyalists for pilgrimage to the holy land while hunger and sufferings persists all over the country. This is insensitive and inhuman. Why is the sponsorship of pilgrims a priority of governments? This is abnormal,'' Comrade Emelieze declared.

New Electricity Tariffs Suicidal-UCH NASU Chairman

Image
Health workers in the University College Hospital (UCH), Ibadan, Nigeria have appealed to the Federal Government to urgently intervene in the new electricity tariff plans. The health workers made this appeal through the branch chairman of the Non-Academic Staff Union and Associated Institutions(NASU), Comrade Kehinde Abiona. ''Health workers in UCH want to make an appeal to whom it may concern or those in authorities to look into the new tariff plans for electricity in government-owned health institutions which are non-profit, but to serve humanity. It is very disheartening that a socially responsible government-owned hospital such as the UCH was put on a suicidal electricity plan that can hardly be paid for, going at our rates. The UCH pays N74.43 per unit and the new tariff is N225.00 per unit. The Federal Government should intervene by restoring subsidies for all the government-owned health institutions by increasing their monthly overhead allowances, which are presently n...

Discrimination

Image
Regardless of efforts to justify discrimination, it is evil. It persists in so many societies, in terms of ethnicity, culture and religion. Mark 1:40-45 40 And there came a leper to him, beseeching him, and kneeling down to him, and saying unto him, If thou wilt, thou canst make me clean. 41 And Jesus, moved with compassion, put forth  his  hand, and touched him, and saith unto him,  I will; be thou clean. 42 And as soon as he had spoken, immediately the leprosy departed from him, and he was cleansed. 43 And he straitly charged him, and forthwith sent him away; 44 And saith unto him,  See thou say nothing to any man: but go thy way, shew thyself to the priest, and offer for thy cleansing those things which Moses commanded, for a testimony unto them. 45 But he went out, and began to publish  it  much, and to blaze abroad the matter, insomuch that Jesus could no more openly enter into the city, but was without in desert places: and they came to him fro...

Electricity Investors are in Business to Milk Nigerians-Comrade Emelieze

Image
The huge turnover of Electricity Distribution Companies (DISCOs)operating in Nigeria has established that the major focus of these companies is business, not the prevailing black out. This assertion was made in a chat with New Federation by a former chairman of the Oyo state Council of the Trade Union Congress(TUC), Comrade Andrew Emelieze. '' The DISCOS are making very amazing profits in this period when power outages are the trend. This has only confirmed that the electricity distribution Companies are in business in Nigeria to exploit and extort Nigerians. This is the only visible reason, perhaps, for the privatization of electricity in Nigeria,'' Comrade Emelieze disclosed.

Responsibilities

Image
Genesis 28:10-22 m responsibilitie And Jacob went out from Beersheba, and went toward Haran. Our destinies lie in being where God wants us to be, but that does include running away from responsibilities.  Genesis 28 :10-22 Ge 10 And Jacob went out from Beersheba, and went toward Haran. And he lighted upon a certain place, and tarried there all night, because the sun was set; and he took of the stones of that place, and put  them for  his pillows, and lay down in that place to sleep. 12 And he dreamed, and behold a ladder set up on the earth, and the top of it reached to heaven: and behold the angels of God ascending and descending on it. 13 And, behold, the LORD stood above it, and said, I  am  the LORD God of Abraham thy father, and the God of Isaac: the land whereon thou liest, to thee will I give it, and to thy seed; 14 And thy seed shall be as the dust of the earth, and thou shalt spread abroad to the west, and to the east, and to the north, and to th...

Violent Crimes-Re-Orientate and Re-train Security Operatives-Comrade Emelieze

Image
The funding of several agencies by the Federal Government to tackle violent crime in Nigeria may be for pecuniary reasons even though it is wasteful This assertion was made in a chat with New Federation by a former chairman of the Oyo state council of the Trade Union Congress(TUC) Comrade Andrew Emelieze. ''It is very ridiculous when one begins to count the number of law enforcement and security agencies fighting violent crimes in Nigeria. These agencies are all performing the same function, perhaps, for pecuniary reasons and this is wasteful. The political class should be held responsible for violent crimes in the land. The Federal Government needs to move from wasteful spending and  urgently re-orientate, train and re-train the conventional law  enforcement and security operatives for the best results,'' Comrade Emelieze advised.

God's Abode

he presence of God is not confined to places, but discovered wherever believers work in the integrity of a good life, while ensuring that worship is complemented by good deeds. Jeremiah 7:1-11 The word that came to Jeremiah from the LORD, saying, 2 Stand in the gate of the LORD'S house, and proclaim there this word, and say, Hear the word of the LORD, all  ye of  Judah, that enter in at these gates to worship the LORD. 3 Thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel, Amend your ways and your doings, and I will cause you to dwell in this place. 4 Trust ye not in lying words, saying, The temple of the LORD, The temple of the LORD, The temple of the LORD,  are  these. 5 For if ye throughly amend your ways and your doings; if ye throughly execute judgment between a man and his neighbour; 6 If  ye oppress not the stranger, the fatherless, and the widow, and shed not innocent blood in this place, neither walk after other gods to your hurt: 7 Then will I cause you to...
