  A leader with focus must possess the sensitive perception of the feelings of the people, to serve as an input to do what is required, graceful and considered things in every situation.

Experience is the definite foundation for courage in addressing crucial and fundamental matters in ensuring a background of success in solving a great number of relatively unimportant matters.  It also includes decision-making skills devoid of delay and initiative in implementing crucial decisions that revolve on the wealth of experience an individual has garnered over time. Experience is the basis of all that would be successful.

What would aid good governance is not in place. Rather, unnecessary criticism and condemnation of trailing the activities of Those-in-Charge visible are setbacks. I want to encourage our people, South Easterners, to continue in their prayers trusting God, because I can see God's hands at work trying to use a personality from the South East to deliver and secure Nigeria.
