Don't Contest for Second Term-Cleric to President

Image
President Ahmed Tinubu has been advised not to run for a second term in office in 2027 as Nigeria President. The President and Founder of Clear Revelation Ministry, Apostle Jeremiah Oluwarotimi Adeyeye gave this advice on Wednesday during a Press Conference at the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ) Oyo state council, Ibadan, Nigeria. ''1) God's message to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and also some advice to him, God a showed me that he did not finish in office, if he is lucky to finish this tenure as God revealed, he should not clamor to contest for a second term because God's word always stands. He should go back home to atone for all what he has done and seek the face of the almighty God, but if he insists on going for a second term, after luckily finishing this term, that means that what he luckily escaped in his first term in office will surely happen during the second term. God's word always stands.'' Apostle Adeyeye stated.  Similarly, the man of God al...

The Problems of Nigeria emanate from the Sins of the Leadership and Follower-ship-Rev.(Dr.) Oyekanmi

The sins  of the leadership and followership in Nigeria from the foundation of the myriad of problems  affecting the country. This assertion was made by Rev(Dr.) Olaolu Oyekanmi of the Amos World Outreach, the Christian Fellowship Evangelical Mission(CFEM), Moniya-Iseyin, Ijaiye-Orile, Ibadan, Nigeria. ''The major problem of the country revolves around the leadership and the followership. They have committed sins. If Nigerians can easily repent of their sins and change their behavior, activities and attitude, all will change for the better.'' ''The problems are not the change of leadership or change of political parties, but have more to do with the change of mind. If Nigerians don't change, things will not change for the better. Those-in Authority and Those-in-Charge are from different homes. There must be a change,'' Rev(Dr.) Oyekanmi stated.

The Lamentations continues

Image
It is over 10 years since the privatization of the electricity sector in Nigeria. Sadly, millions of Nigerians remain without meters and a regular electricity supply. Indeed, those in charge of the sector are yet to achieve laid out objectives, but rather have been successful in exposing regulatory policy defects. Of worry, is the unimpressive infrastructural development, coupled with the persistent excuses by the Electricity Distribution Companies. Without doubt, those in government have hidden interests in the sector. This may be the reason why the situation remains unchanged.

Living Wage-Federal Workers Full of Hopes-Comrade Emelieze

Image
Federal workers in Nigeria have expressed hopes that the present administration would soon fix an acceptable living wage to cushion the hardships and sufferings of workers on the land. The workers made this known through a former chairman of the Oyo state council of the Trade Union Congress(TUC), Comrade Andrew Emelieze. ''Workers in Nigeria are full of  hopes that the Federal Government would soon announce a living wage that would put an end to their sufferings and tales of woes. In this respect, N300,000 is a living wage,''Comrade Emelieze stated. He also called on labor leaders to be democratic by embarking on exhaustive consultations before reaching decisions, adding'' rather than hasty decisions taken by labor bureaucrats without consultations.''

The Efficacy of Prayers

Image
When we pray as Christians the need for more zeal, greater consistency, and more faith is as important as the desire that God be glorified. When this is our primary concern, we should be confident that He will answer our prayers. John 14: 7-14 7 If ye had known me, ye should have known my Father also: and from henceforth ye know him, and have seen him. 8 Philip saith unto him, Lord, shew us the Father, and it sufficeth us. 9 Jesus saith unto him,  Have I been so long time with you, and yet hast thou not known me, Philip? he that hath seen me hath seen the Father; and how sayest thou  then , Shew us the Father? 10 Believest thou not that I am in the Father, and the Father in me? the words that I speak unto you I speak not of myself: but the Father that dwelleth in me, he doeth the works. 11 Believe me that I  am  in the Father, and the Father in me: or else believe me for the very works' sake. 12 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the work...
