Members of the Association of Senior Civil Servants of Nigeria(ASCSN) have called on the National Industrial Court(NIC) reinstated President, Comrade Bola Audu, to embark on transformational reforms to salvage distraught members of the association. This call was made by a former chairman of the ASCSN in Oyo state, who is also a former chairman of the Trade Union Congress(TUC) in the state, Comrade Andrew Emelieze. ''We call on the reinstated president of the association to go on and carry out reforms that will transform the association to meet the needs of the suffering members of the association. The Federal Government has been charged with motivating its workforce as a step towards ensuring high productivity.
