A good leader takes responsibility

  Invest in this content  It takes an individual with divine courage to stand up in a crowd and take responsibility for wrongdoing while simultaneously make moves to correct the wrongdoing. A good example of such a leader is Ezra. He confronted the way and identified with the people, confessing the sin. The people will confidently and voluntarily follow leaders, who are willing and ready to take responsibility even in very bad situations. A good leader knows the way, shows the way and goes the way. Pray for Help



 We should always pray to god to guide us from being dominated by sin and also seek His help to overcome it.

Romans 3:10-18

11There is none that understandeth, there is none that seeketh after God.

12They are all gone out of the way, they are together become unprofitable; there is none that doeth good, no, not one.

13Their throat is an open sepulchre; with their tongues they have used deceit; the poison of asps is under their lips:

14Whose mouth is full of cursing and bitterness:

15Their feet are swift to shed blood:

16Destruction and misery are in their ways:

17And the way of peace have they not known:

The Message

 When Jesus Christ was about to conclude His sermon on the Mount, He told a story about two personalities who built houses, one on a rock and the other on sand. His aim was for His listeners to realize that those who heard His message and went away without putting it to practice were foolish. Jesus Christ expects us to take action on His message. Do we always practice the sermons we have heard? A sermon is not complete until it is put to practice.
