Nigerian Prisons are No longer Correctional Cneters-Comrade Emelieze

 A former chairman of the Trade Union Congress (TUC) in Oyo state and also the National Coordinator of the All Workers Convergence(AWC) Comrade Andrew Emelieze was remanded in the Agodi Correctional Center, Ibadan, Nigeria by a Federal High Court sitting in Ibadan, Nigeria.  Comrade Emelieze was arraigned by the Department of State Services (DSS) in the Federal High Court, on a four-count charge of alleged injurious statement against the Federal Government, threat to protest at Aos Rock and failing to honor the DSS invitation.  Comrade Emelieze  who spent six days in the center, narrates his experience. Accept others for who they are-appearance and behavior, respect.

Develop open-mindedness, while acknowledging the diverse backgrounds of others. 

Be respectful to your friends, use polite language, and follow school rules.

You must cultivate the habit of accepting the points of view of others during discussions.

In addition, make it a rule to put up with the manners and attitude of people that are different from yours.

Make tolerance your watchword in all you do.
