Be Justified by HIS Grace

Image
 We are justified by HIS Grace because we believe in Jesus Christ. This also enables us to receive the washing of regeneration and renewing of the Holy Spirit. Let us exhibit the difference that emerges from trusting Jesus Christ as our Savior by submitting to Him this moment.  Read Titus 3:1-8 READ GOD'S WORD The Debatable Corruption Fight  At a point in Nigeria's history, former President, Dr.) Olusegun Obasanjo stated ''it is a matter for regret that most public servants tend to subdue their political discipline in the face of personal aggrandizement''. When Dr.) Obasanjo was in the saddle as President, he set up the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) to rein in fraudsters, money launderers, corrupt government officials and several others. Perhaps, the EFCC, was to strengthen the activities of the Nigeria Police Force, while the Independent Corrupt Practices Commission (ICPC) was established to boost the work of the Code of Conduct Bureau.  ...

The Gifted

 Christians are not expected to be identical with each other, but it is of great importance to recognize each other's gifts.

Let's give glory to God  for the great evangelists, saints, hymn writers, missionaries and teachers of every age  and our time.

We should also pray in thanksgiving to the God of all gifts, for making us different and giving us the right frame of mind to accept the fact that  that there are those who are gifted.

Ephesians 4:7-16

7But unto every one of us is given grace according to the measure of the gift of Christ.

8Wherefore he saith, When he ascended up on high, he led captivity captive, and gave gifts unto men.

9(Now that he ascended, what is it but that he also descended first into the lower parts of the earth?

10He that descended is the same also that ascended up far above all heavens, that he might fill all things.)

11And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers;

12For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ:

13Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ:

14That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive;

15But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ:

16From whom the whole body fitly joined together and compacted by that which every joint supplieth, according to the effectual working in the measure of every part, maketh increase of the body unto the edifying of itself in love.
