The Otun Olubadan of Ibadanland, Senator Rashidi Ladoja has insisted that as the most senior in the hierarchy of ascension, he ought to convene meetings of the council.

Senator Ladoja made this revelation on Tuesday at the Oja'oba palace of the Olubadan in Ibadan, Nigeria.

He had arrived the meeting venue a few mintues pat 11.00 O'clock in the morning, and left minutes after 12 midday.

'' I am supposed to be the convener of the meeting. I called them, and they told me that the Kabiyesi designate had not spoken to them. When they are ready, I will call another meeting,'' Senator Ladoja stated.
