The Power of God to Salvation

  Join solomon2day@Gumroad The word of God has tremendous power. The first time on record God spoke, He created light (Gen. 1:3). He spoke a promise to Abraham (Gen. 17:15-19) and enabled Sarah to bear a child (Gen. 21:1-2). God still speaks with power today, and all who hear believe the gospel and are saved (Romans 1:1:16). Indeed, the message of Christ and His saving work on the cross can change the direction of person’s life. It has the power to reach the heart of that person you love and have prayed for ceaselessly. So, do not give up your witness. Be consistent in your daily work. Keep praying and sharing the gospel with others. It is a powerful message. Our words have power to influence; God’s word has power to save. Care for your children and Wards

Parents and guradians should care for their children and wards. They must guard against spiritual harm, teach them about the threats of the world, the flesh and the devil. Proverbs 29 : 11-17 A fool uttereth all his mind: but a wise man keepeth it in till afterwards. 12 If a ruler hearken to lies, all his servants are wicked. 13 The poor and the deceitful man meet together: the LORD lighteneth both their eyes. 14 The king that faithfully judgeth the poor, his throne shall be established for ever. 15 The rod and reproof give wisdom: but a child left to himself bringeth his mother to shame. 16 When the wicked are multiplied, transgression increaseth: but the righteous shall see their fall. 17 Correct thy son, and he shall give thee rest; yea, he shall give delight unto thy soul.

The Message

 When Jesus Christ was about to conclude His sermon on the Mount, He told a story about two personalities who built houses, one on a rock and the other on sand. His aim was for His listeners to realize that those who heard His message and went away without putting it to practice were foolish. Jesus Christ expects us to take action on His message. Do we always practice the sermons we have heard? A sermon is not complete until it is put to practice. Read Matthew 7:24-29 Desperation to Cling to Transient Power  Those-in-Charge do not respect the people’s views, rather the leaders impose their self-driven agenda on the people.
