 When Jesus Christ was about to conclude His sermon on the Mount, He told a story about two personalities who built houses, one on a rock and the other on sand. His aim was for His listeners to realize that those who heard His message and went away without putting it to practice were foolish. Jesus Christ expects us to take action on His message. Do we always practice the sermons we have heard? A sermon is not complete until it is put to practice. Oyo Govt must be Impartial in Distribution of Palliatives-Former Councillor

The Oyo state Government has been advised to ensure that its intervention in the present hardships and difficulties confronting Nigerians cuts across all social, political, economic and religious divides. This advice was handed down on Wednesday by a former councilor of the Ibadan South East Local Government council, Honorable Tunde Yusuf. '' The Oyo state government must ensure that all those who will receive the palliatives it plans to distribute are not only its supporters, well wishers, admirers and loyalists, but also indigenes and residents who are also Nigerians,'' Honorable Yusuf stated.
