Cultivate godliness

 We must take the pains to learn about clean living devoid of obscenities.

The need to develop a stronger hunger and thirst for righteousness is uplifting.

It is very important we separate ourselves from spiritual garbage.

If purity of heart sounds awkward, perhaps our tastes are too narrow.

We need to learn to savor the flavor of godliness.

Let us pray to God to forgive us for feeding on the cravings of our sinful flesh.

And go on further to pray for the Lord to help us to cultivate instead the tastes that His Holy Spirit wants to produce in us.

Sin cannot flourish where godliness is cultivated.
