  I n a society where justice and the rule of law prevails, the community leaders, members of the Landlords and Tenants Association, law enforcement agents(agencies), and residents of Olorunsogo, Molete, Molusi, Solanke, Oyegbami, Scout Camp,Aluko/Barracksand Felele communities in Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria who sponsored hoodlums wielding stones, matchets, and iron rods to attack and injure a resident of 3, Kehinde Aderibigbe Street, Olorunsogo, Molete ought to be brought to justice. Sadly, this is not the case. On Saturday, 23rd August 2025, acting on the instructions of some desperate and evil inclined family members, hoodlums' resident in the community broke into the apartments of 3, Kehinde Aderibigbe street, Olorunsogo, Mlete, Ibadan, Oyo state, Nigeria, vandalizing electrical fittings, damaging the windows, doors, toilet and kitchen facilities and carting away valuables running into millions of Naira. Foisting the Unpopular on the People

 Indigenes and residents of Kano state in Nigeria are very conversant with their choice of leadership and are not only bothered by the turn of events, but are also interested in knowing if DEMOCRACY is still on course. 
 Any leadership that manipulates the people's choice will, in due course, take in more than it can chew.
 Indeed, foisting unpopular choices on the people could result in undemocratic acts of omission and commission.

This assertion was made by the convener of the Federal Workers Forum, Comrade Andrew Emelieze.
