Potent Prayers

Prayer requires full concentration and focus. It is not, as usually suggested, a preparation for battle, but prayer is the battle. Prayer was the foundation of the work of Jesus Christ. Take note that prayer is not a request for assistance to carry out the work of God, rather it is the work itself. We should never misunderstand the importance of prayer, for prayer moves mountains. Let us pray ceaselessly and always. Read Matthew 26:36-46

The Work of Craftsmen

We ought to always give glory to God for the gift of intellect, discernment, innovation, strenght and beauty. Without doubt life is transcient and for this reason, we ave to make god use of every moment. We shuld never be swayed by the deceit and manipulation of the vengeful despots, but cal on the Lord to guide, strengthen and protect us from all the work of craftsmen and the agents of darkness. Hosea 13:1-16
The Local Scene Everywhere you visit, parents and gaurdans ave now become watchmen and women for their cidren, who engage in pick-pocketing in public places, burglary, breaking and entry and other social vices. Criminality is now the most reliable means to an end, as education gradually slides to the background. The orientation for children in most communities in Africa's most populous nation revolves around crime, deviant behavior, and indiscipline. The only visible explanation for the disturbing trend is that illiteracy has almost succeeded in eroding all that has to do with societal norms and values. Homosexuality, sodomy, pedophilia, defilement, and rape, among others, are now daily occurrences everywhere. Ritual killings are also on the increase. These are among the several multifarious challenges confronting millions of Nigerians, but those in charge continue to waste valuable time crying ''wolves where there are none.'' '' Time is of the essence.
