Prayer requires full concentration and focus. It is not, as usually suggested, a preparation for battle, but prayer is the battle. Prayer was the foundation of the work of Jesus Christ. Take note that prayer is not a request for assistance to carry out the work of God, rather it is the work itself. We should never misunderstand the importance of prayer, for prayer moves mountains. Brutalization of NLC President has Exposed Government-Comrade Emelieze


 The physical brutalization of the President of the Nigeria Labor Congress, Comrade Joe Ajaero has exposed the positive disposition of Those-in-Authority toward lawlessness, criminality, and violent crimes.

This assertion was made by a former chairman of the Oyo state council of the Trade Union Congress(TUC), Comrade Andrew Emelieze.

''The brutal attack on the President of the Nigeria Labor Congress, Comrade Joe Ajaero is incontrovertible evidence of the involvement of the government in collaboration with law enforcement agencies and hoodlums in the longstanding lawlessness, criminality and violent crimes in a number of states and the the Federal Republic of Nigeria over the years and in the present time. It is a very sad narrative,'' Comrade Emelieze lamented.

Lawmakers in both chambers of the National Assembly and the State Houses of Assembly have long ceased to represent the electorate in Nigeria. This assertion was made by the convener of the Federal Workers Forum, Comrade Andrew Emelieze. ''For some years now, the elected representatives of Nigerians in both chambers of the National Assembly and State Houses of Assembly have stopped representing the people.
